These terms apply to the Epic3D Lab website (3D model generators for printing).
1. The service
Generators create 3D models from the parameters you set. The model is computed in your browser. Some tools work with files you upload (for example, splitting a 3MF by color); these are processed in your browser too. The service is free.
2. Account
- You need an account (email and password) to download files.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe. One account per person.
- You can ask us to delete your account by writing to support@epic3dlab.com.
3. Models and printing
- The model is built from your parameters. Check sizes, wall thicknesses and fits before printing: we do not guarantee the model suits your specific task, printer or material.
- You are responsible for how you use printed items, including any text and images you add to a model.
- Complex or damaged files may be processed inaccurately or incompletely. Check the result in your slicer before printing: parts, colors, clearances and connectors.
4. Your files
- Only upload models you have the rights or a license to use. You are responsible for the files you get and how you use them.
- Your models stay yours: we claim no ownership of files you upload, process or get on the site.
5. Not allowed
- Bulk downloading by automated means, overloading or attacking the site.
- Using the site to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
We may restrict or close accounts that break these rules.
6. The site
The Epic3D Lab website, its software, interface and name belong to the owner of the service.
7. Changes to the service
Generators are updated: parameters and results may change, and some generators may be temporarily unavailable. The service is provided “as is”.
8. Changes to these terms
If the terms change, the new version will appear on this page with its date. We will ask you to accept significant changes again.
