Privacy Policy
Version of 6 October 2026 · v2026-10-06
This page explains what data the Epic3D Lab website collects and why.
1. What we store
- Email and password — to sign you in. The password is stored only as a hash; we cannot see it.
- Sign-in session — IP address and browser details at sign-in, to keep you signed in and protect your account.
- Consents — when you accepted the terms and whether you subscribed to updates.
Generator models are computed in your browser. Files you upload to the tools (for example, a 3MF to split by color) are processed there too and are not sent to our server.
2. Emails
We send emails to confirm your address and reset your password. If you turned on “Subscribe to updates”, we also send news about generators. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to support@epic3dlab.com.
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you send. Do not send models you are not ready to share.
3. Cookies and browser storage
- A session cookie, only to keep you signed in (up to 60 days).
- Analytics cookies — visit statistics: which pages are opened, on what device, where visitors came from. We use this to understand what to improve.
- Generator settings, print bed size and site theme are stored in your browser and not sent to the server.
4. Who receives data
We do not sell data. Only services the site cannot run without have access: hosting and the email delivery service. Analytics services receive only visit statistics, never your email or password.
5. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while the account exists. A sign-in session lasts up to 60 days.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account: support@epic3dlab.com.
7. Changes
A new version will appear on this page with its date.
